This privacy policy governs your use of the Site, the Application or any our software, data feeds, products, and services provided to you on, from, or through our website, mobile website, mobile applications (collectively the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users using our Services. We use your Personal Information to provide personalised services unique to individual users, to help us to monitor and improve the services we offer. Data Subject Rights: We’ve set out in more detail all rights individuals have in relation to their personal data and how those rights can be exercised.
Who we are
We are Huedash, a website ​ (the "Site") and a mobile application Huedash (the “Application”) that is a shoppable social network for fashion. We are Huedash Limited (Company No.: 11286617), a company organized and existing under the laws of England and Wales, with its registered address at Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. We partner with companies that sell products on our Application and Site. We operate as an agent on behalf of our partners and do not own the products, do not organise the supply chain, do not organise delivery services, and do not manage warehouses.
Personal Data
When you visit or use (download or register) our Application or the Site and/or services we might ask you to provide personal data to us. When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, gender, user name, password, your clothing and shoe size; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help (such as request support); (d) credit or debit card, delivery information for purchase and use of the Application, and; (e) information of your purchase activity on the Application and the Site; (f) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information; (g) information when you respond to a job application or an email offer, join us on social media, take part in events.
When you’re signed in and interact with some Huedash services, such as leaving comments on another user’s post or liking a post on the Huedash Application, your name and photo appear next to your activity.
If you do not want to provide us with personal data, you do not have to, but it might mean you can not use some parts of our Application, our Site or Services.
Automatically Collected Information
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").
This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
We use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze the usage of our Site and our Application.

First and foremost, we use your personal data to operate our Application, our Site and provide you with any services you’ve requested, and to manage our relationship with you. We also use your personal data for other purposes, which may include the following:

To deliver your order and accept your returns . We will use your purchase activity details to proceed your order and make refunds on our Application and our Site, we will use your contact information (such as address, sometimes phone number) to ensure your delivery and after-purchase returns to be smooth and convenient.
To assign rewards via Huedash Rewards Programme : So that we can monitor and track each sale of products via our user’s post and properly assign rewards afterwards.
To support you : This may include assisting with the resolution of technical support issues or other issues relating to the Application, the Site or services, whether by email, in-app support or otherwise.
To protect : So that we can detect and prevent any fraudulent or malicious activity, and make sure that everyone is using our Application, the Site and services fairly and in accordance with our terms of use.
To enhance our Application, the Site and services and develop new ones : For example, by tracking and monitoring your use of the Application, the Site and services so we can keep improving, or by carrying out technical analysis of our Application, the Site and services so that we can optimise your user experience and provide you with more customised data feed and services. We use the information we collect in existing services to help us develop new ones.
To market to you : In addition to sending you marketing communications, we may also use your personal data to display targeted advertising to you online – through our own Application, our Site and services or through third party websites and their platforms. We may contact you by email or post to provide details about our products and services, future events or any other information which we believe may be of interest to you - if you would like us to stop doing this, please tell us in writing using the details in ‘Contact Us’ section.
To analyse, aggregate and report: We may use the personal data we collect about you and other users of our Application, our Site and services (whether obtained directly or from third parties) to produce aggregated and anonymised analytics and reports, which we may share publicly or with third parties.
How We Can Share Your Data
There will be times when we need to share your personal data with third parties. We will only disclose your personal data to:
  • our payment partner Stripe for processing your order or redeeming your earned rewards on Huedash Application or th Site;
  • our retail partners whose products you purchase via our Application or our Site to deliver your order and accept your returns. Our retail partners are those that trades in clothing, footwear, accessories, including but not limited to sunglasses, handbags, scarves, bags, jewellery, umbrellas, gloves, headpieces;
  • third party service providers and partners who assist and enable us to use the personal data to, for example, support delivery of or provide functionality on the Application, the Site or services, or to market or promote our services to you;
  • regulators, law enforcement bodies, government agencies, courts or other third parties where we think it’s necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights.   • an actual or potential buyer (and its agents and advisers) in connection with an actual or proposed purchase, merger or acquisition of any part of our business.
